Buddy Hoggard
Hey, my name is Buddy Hoggard. My wife and I live in southern Chesapeake and are beekeepers. I caught my first swarm on April 27th, 2015 and our apiary has grown since. We greatly appreciate the role of the honeybee as pollinators and do everything we can to protect them. If you see a swarm of bees, please do not spray them or in any way harm the bees as we will come out and retrieve the swarm for free. If the bees are in a residence, such as in the walls or ceiling of a house, and are no longer a swarm but a legitimate hive, a referral or an estimate will be given upon request for the cutout and repairs. You never want to just kill a hive of bees in the wall as other varmints will come in and putrefy the comb and honey and the smell will be atrocious.
