David DesRoches
David DesRoches is a journalist, podcast producer, adjunct professor, husband, and dog dad. His work has exposed fraud, environmental toxins in schools, the abuse of algorithms, systemic public education failures, and racial tensions between communities and police. He has twice been named New England’s “Reporter of the Year” and was included in Connecticut Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list in 2015. He’s also a board member of several journalism and First Amendment-based nonprofits, including the Connecticut Foundation for Open Government, the Connecticut Council on Freedom of Information, and the Weaver High School Journalism & Media Pathway Advisory Board.
