My healing journey began with my own experiences of transformation. Over time, I felt called to share this work with others, and in 2014, I opened my practice. I offer Reiki and other gentle energy‑based modalities—both in person and remotely—to support stress relief, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of ease. I continue to expand my understanding of energy healing so I can hold a grounded, compassionate space for people of all ages as they reconnect with their own capacity to heal.
