H&R SCUBA

Howard and Rhonda Smith are the owners of H&R SCUBA. Howard has been a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor since 1990 and Rhonda has been a PADI Scuba Diving Divemaster since 1990. We are known for working well with people who feel they need a little extra attention and would benefit from Private Scuba Lessons. We teach Adults and Children. We work well together and have been married since 1975.
