Photography style and aesthetics I like darkness, I believe light would not be needed if there was no darkness. I like to underexpose to point out key features of my subject(s). I want the audience to imagine the secret in each photograph they view. We keep secrets in the dark. Since we all have varying secrets, it means we all see varying images in the same photograph as it reveals our secrets to each one of us. I love spontaneity and in trying to shoot landscapes, I seek random events communicating unimpededly with the landscape. Spontaneous acts are unique, hence, I hope not to shoot the same event in the same landscape ever. That one shot must be a moment stolen from time forever.
